You’ll be participating in 1on1 private sessions, focusing on many of the staple movements found in CrossFit. We’ll teach you the Conductor way of doing things, emphasize proper technique, and you’ll get a great workout too.
What to Expect
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit workout. We guarantee these sessions are doable for the beginner and super beneficial to the experienced athlete.
Once completed, you will be competent in the movements we use daily in CrossFit and will graduate to our group CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience!
