I started my CrossFit coaching journey in 2012 and I am now a Level 3 Certified CrossFit Coach. Before CrossFit, I taught high school Physical Education and Health while serving on several varsity football coaching and strength and conditioning staffs in the Chicago-land area. Before and after relocation to Lexington, KY with my family (wife Kelly and three daughters Ruby, June, and Evie) in 2009, I ran 6FT.
