COACH

I started my CrossFit journey in March of 2018- I had no real idea what I was getting into, I just knew I had to do something for my physical longevity. I was so close to chickening out and walking away, I'm not sure what made me decide to walk through that door but I'm so thankful I did! I didn't realize that I had stumbled upon something that would become a passion. CrossFit is many things to many people, for me it is something that constantly pushes me to become better- physically, mentally, and just as a human. Plus it is seriously the most fun I've ever had doing something that is good for you!!
