“I just wanted to say thanks for offering the Nutrition Challenge.  I think that is just what I needed to finally change my eating habits.  I love the meal planning and it’s so easy now – great training for the current stay at home life!  Last week was my one year anniversary of joining CrossFit.  I’m down 30 pounds but have gained so much more than that.  The nutrition, exercising on a regular basis and just feeling better.  Thanks for all the motivation.”
