Our intro program will help you get familiar with many of the CrossFit movements. These 1-on-1 sessions follow the same format as our group classes and help reduce the anxiety of making that transition.
You will learn what to do when a workout calls for Pull Ups, Power Cleans, or anything else you might not think you can do. Everything has a progression and we will show you where to start and how to keep improving.
