During this time, we'll provide a quick gym tour and then sit down and talk about you. After, we can prescribe the best way to get you started. Everyone is diiferent, so we customize how everyone starts according to thier needs.
Along with your Intro you can choose to do either the first of our On-boarding classes or if you have experience you can try a CrossFit class for FREE.

Experience/No Fitness - Take 1 or 2 Refresher sessions to get back in the swing.
