We are located just behind Dogtopia and Chuy's restaurant in the heart of Lexington next to Fayette Mall.
CrossFit Conductor is unique in that our version of CrossFit is the opposite of most you will see. Our classes sizes are always kept under 10 people. This ensures EVERYONE receives the coaching they were promised and no one falls through the cracks. We aren't looking for 300+ members where no one knows if you show up or not. Our goal is a community of 150 people where everyone knows your name.
Although our space isn't huge, we have the only the best equipment which is maintained to the highest of standards and we challenge you to find a cleaner gym in town!
