OUR classes


Group CrossFit classes are where a Professional Coach will lead you alongside other members of our community. There will be people of varying ages and at different stages of their personal fitness journey, but all will have the same goal in mind, to improve their Health and Fitness.

Personal Training

Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to the results you want. It is also everyone’s path to Group Classes. It ensure that your fitness program is specifically tailored to your needs and not one size fits-all model that most small gyms offer.

Nutrition Coaching

Work with a Nutrition Coach to properly fuel your body and reach your absolute highest potential. Nutrition programs can be done independently or paired with One-on-One Training and/or Group Classes. Have a Nutrition Coach help you determine the right program for you.
