Monday Motivation

Just a few random thoughts and quotes to start your week.

Let it go – Don’t ruin a good day by thinking about a bad yesterday.

This too shall pass – Give it time.

Comparison is the thief of happiness – The only person you should try and beat is the person you were yesterday.

WORK – Don’t know what to do? – WORK Scared? – WORK. Frustrated? – WORK. Depressed? – WORK. Anxious? – WORK Put in the WORK, it will never fail you

NO one is coming to save you – You are in charge of your own happiness/success, it’s on you!

Stop giving a Shit – People’s opinion of you is none of your business.

Stay Calm and carry on – Frustration and anger are often just fear being manifested in a different way, none of which serve you.

Be Grateful – You can’t be scared or anxious if you are being grateful.  There is always something to be grateful for.

Pray – Everyday, twice a day, all day long.  God is listening. “Ask and you shall receive.”

Exercise Hard and Often (Everyday)

Smile – Challenge: For one day, make eye contact, smile, and say hello to everyone you pass or come in contact with.  It will make yours and possibly someone else day better.

Leave all grudges behind – there is no place for hate in your heart.

Raise your standards – Expect more from yourself in everything you do.
