1. If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.
2. If you are traveling or injured and would like to put your membership on hold instead of canceling, you can submit a Membership Hold Request by emailing Eric at email@example.com.
*All Hold requests and cancelations must be done 5 Buisness Dyas before your next scheduled renewal payment.*
3. If you are sure you would like to cancel, just complete and submit the form below. This will serve as your written cancellation notice as required by your membership agreement. Note this needs to be submitted 5 Buisness Days before your next scheduled renewal payment. If not the payment will be processed as scheduled and all payments are non-refundable.
