Why is your gym more expensive than other gyms?

Simply put, because we are the BEST. There are many choices when it comes to where you workout. What’s best for you…A treadmill at home? The $30/month gym? A Color/Cycle/Theory/Bar membership?  We can’t answer that question for you.

What we can do is encourage you to ask a different question. What do you want? Control of your Life/Health/Fitness? Accountability? Real Fitness? To work with Professional Coaches?  To be around other like-minded people? If the answer to any of the above was “YES”, then we’d encourage you to check us out.

We charge more, because you get more.  We charge more because we only seek the committed.  We charge more because we offer what no one else does.  We charge more because we are worth more.

What will my first time in your gym be like?

A Professional Coach will sit down with you and talk with you about your goals. We will do a biometric body composition analysis and a short fitness assessment with you.  Based on your results, your coach will explain what will best Facilitate improving your fitness. Nutrition Coaching, One-on-One Training, Group Classes, or some combination of one, two, or all three services.

From there, you will have actual information to make the decision about what will be the best fit for you.  One size fits all fitness is commodity that can be sold by anyone anywhere.  We deliver a custom experience using what we know to be the best methodologies out there.

What’s your drop-in policy?

We love having visitors from other boxes come join us in a class!

Open Gym is not available to visitors.

If you are visiting Lexington, we charge a drop-in fee of $20 per class or buy a t-shirt.  *No charge for affiliate owners*

You must be an ACTIVE member of a CrossFit Affiliate and have 3 months or more experience.

Please arrive 15 minutes before scheduled class time so we can provide you with a waiver to sign and introduce you to our box. You can find our class schedule Here.

You may find that we do things a little differently than your box back home, but we would love to have you.

How often do you recommend I come to the gym?

After you meet with a coach, they will explain the best path to Facilitating your fitness. Everyone’s needs differ in degree, not kind.  We will help you decide between Nutrition Coaching, One-on-One Training, CrossFit Classes, or a combination of our services and what the frequency of each should be.

Your needs are unique to you and no plan will be identical.  This is what makes Facilitator Fitness different.

What if I’m not in shape or have never worked out?

Everyone’s path to fitness varies in degree, not kind.  At Facilitator Fitness, we will evaluate where you are currently at and then help you determine the best path.

Everyone starts off with One-on-One Training.

For some, this will be several sessions in which they improve their fitness, get comfortable working with a coach, and become better prepared to join Group Classes.

Others will only need a few sessions to learn how we do things at Facilitator Fitness.  Add some Nutrition Coaching to either one of those options and see the real magic of what we do.

Regardless of where you are starting, we will Facilitate the best option(s) for you.  All you need to do is commit to the journey.
